At the end of last year I shot a story about the Austrian Freeskier Luca Tribondeau.
Luca competed at the Olympics in Sochi and he will for sure take part in the Olympic winter games next year. He’s a really cool guy who puts everything into his skiing career.
I spent two days with him and one day we were shooting at his home in Wolfsberg and the second day we spent on Dachstein glacier.
For me it was a bit of a challenge because I used a 50mm lens only. No crop, just the 50mm lens. Leica Camera sent me the new Leica Summilux-SL 1:1,4/50mm ASPH lens for the Leica SL. So I produced a story with great piece of glass.
It´s awesome how this lens works, this thing really rocks. Shooting the entire project with this lens took some getting used to, but in the end I was super happy about the results.
